Practical Information
Fees
The first appointment is charged at a flat rate of 350 € excl. taxes.
Thereafter, the fees of Familynks are calculated on a time-spent basis.
A success fee can be discussed when the file is opened.
When the file is opened, Familynks and the client sign a fee agreement that specifies the invoicing terms and hourly rates of the partner and associate, determined according to the complexity of the case.
The fixed rate can be reviewed annually.
A provision, to cover the services to be performed, will also be requested.
Familynks guarantees total transparency on invoicing.
Invoices are always sent along with a detailed statement of all the actions taken in the file.
